Quick post

Started my work out routine today.. the one that I did last year and lost 28 pounds

Its hard to fit it in first thing in the morning

Forgot how great it feels to work out again

Have to lose 20 pounds before February 9th of next year to reach my goal weight (my 30th birthday)

I started back to the gym again after a summer hiatus.

I have about that much to lose too. It'd be nice to have it lost by my own birthday on the 2nd.

Gosh. I haven't been my birthweight since the day I was born.
