Kids are all dressed up and ready for a fun filled day at school. I have my black eyed hockey player and my sparkly princess..
I am so excited for them. I remember getting ready for Halloween and how excited i use to get. So much fun.

Yup we're geared up with candy I've been eating and costumes that surprisingly haven't been mauled by the kids yet. They usually wear them for days before Halloween.
The weather here is going to be nice and mild. I don't think they've experienced a cold Halloween like the ones we used to go through when I was a kid.
Wearing my coat over my costume sucked!
In winnipeg it was always cold. Always snow on the ground and there really was no point actually putting your costume on.. i agree coats over costumes sucks!! It should be nice tonight.. it suppose to rain but not until later in the evening..

It started off snowing, yes, snowing here this morning, but it stopped not long after it started. The temperature is supposed to hover around 3 degrees (not sure what that is in fahrenheit), but it was 17 here yesterday. The good weather was a day early. It should be okay as long as it doesn't start to rain or snow while the kids are out.
We have a '70s disco girl and a Ninja Turtle here. Too cute. I'll post pictures on my blog once Jake is in his costume - he wasn't to wear it to school this morning because they're going on a field trip. He's going to wear it at day care this afternoon, and then again tonight when we go out on the candy drive. I pulled out his winter jacket last night and it's all washed and ready to wear tonight. Too bad it won't fit over his costume. I might force it to because that's a total rip off.
Anyway, everyone's looking forward to tonight. Should be lots of fun!
It's 13 degrees celsius tonight. No coats needed.
3 degrees is right above the freezing mark for us (30's).
Jake is a Ninja Turtle too! Jessica is a pink Power Ranger and Brendon is Darth Vader.
